Hereis a magnificent example of the Dinky 948 ‘McLean’ Articulated Truck and Semi Trailer, finished with red cab and plastic hubs (rubber tyres), light grey plastic trailer body with black chassis . This model was originally marketed by Dinky Toys in 1961. Although the cab has been professionally restored to a very high standard, the trailer is completely untouched and original right down to the transfers and the chassis which retains the original paint. As can be seen in the photo, there is a tiny mark on the left hand side transfer which is hardly noticeable but only fair to mention. The photos are of the actual models for sale.
