Dinky Toys Ford Zodiac police car manufactured by Meccano Ltd in very good play worn condition with original box. The four jewelled headlights and four jewelled rear lights, driver, steering wheel, wheels, tyres, suspension, windows, four red plastic interior door inserts, chrome plated front and rear bumpers, chrome plated grille and engine are all intact. The opening doors, bonnet and boot are all intact. The two police stickers on the sign on the roof of the car, front and rear number plate stickers, silver stickers on two rear roof columns and police stickers on the two front doors are all present with some slight wear and age discolouration (see photo). The car is white with a pale yellow base and red plastic interior. The white paint has possibly been re-painted at some time. There is some minor paint chipping. The aerial is missing. The original box is present but has the small part of one flap missing, a tear on the top side (under the front of the car in the photo), a round sticker saying 16/6 on one side (see photo) and 99p written in pencil on one flap. The box could be displayed the other way around to hide the sticker and the tear so that the box looks perfect but I wanted to be honest in showing the box condition. A very nice model complete with original box.
