The Dinosaur series of posters were the work of Alton Kelley, one of the pioneer artists of the late 1960's psychedelic period. Several of the posters appear on page 354 and 355 of the Art of Rock book by Grushkin. This Dinosaur poster is particularly rare, and is signed not only by Kelley, but by one of the performers, Wavy Gravy. The poster is listed for sale as signed by the artist on Wolfgang's Vault for $375.00 (WOL 860502). The poster is on cardboard and measures 22" by 28." The irony of this poster is that it announces "Law Week," which was created as a result of discussions between J. Edgar Hoover and the radical political community.
