This lovely pitcher is about 8" tall and depicts scenes of the Discovery of America. Some scenes are Columbus, Freemont raising the flag,Fernando deSoto,Landing of the Pilgrims,Americus Vespucci,Du Queene,William Penn's Treaty With the Indians 1663,Daniel Boone, Rocky Mts.,Roger Williams,Landing at Jamestown and others. Truly a historical treasure. On the bottom " Historical Pottery The Rowland Marsellus Co.Staffordshire England Rg. No. 527016" T are two chips - one on the outside rim and a smaller one on the inside rim. Buyer pays shipping.
