DISNEY EXCLUSIVE! SOLD SEVERAL YRS AGO--AND LONG SINCE RETIRED! Bambi Musical Snowglobe from the "Masters of Animation" series. This snowglobe honors Frank Thomas, the Supervising Animator of the 1942 classic, Bambi. He also was animator of many Disney shorts and Disney's first feature film "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". Frank Thomas was one of Walt's legendary "Nine Old Men" and received the Disney Legends award in 1989. The sculpting on the base of this globe is breathtaking! It plays the "Flower Song" and has a brass colored base with a brass colored Thumper perched on top. It also has a plaque on the front with Frank Thomas' signature. The scenery along the bottom includes Bambi, his mother, his father, Thumper and Flower. This globe is approx 10" tall and 5" wide. I have the original box it was shipped in. You will love this snowglobe!!
