This is an adorable little Springtime fountain/water feature by Disney. It depicts Bambi, Thumper, and their other forest friends around a babbling fountain. T's even a cute little frog on a lily pad that floats around when t's water running in it. This is certainly a rare and unique collectible as I can find none on the web like this. It looks as though it has been used with some mineral residue in the water reservoir area. I have not tested it, due to the fact that it is missing part of the power cord...I'm sure one can be found from eBay or someplace like Radio Shack. The main part of the power cord with the inline switch is intact. The figures themselves are in great shape with not chips or scratches to be found. All it needs is a good cleaning and the power cord and you're good to go!
