RETURNS Returns are accepted if I am notified immediately upon receipt of your item that t is a problem OR if prior communication regarding a concern has taken place. All items are insured through the shipper and if damage has occurred through the shipping process, I will replace the item if I can. If not, I will refund you (including your shipping) once the shipping company has reimbursed me. If I use the US postal service, I will have to send you the shipping receipt and you will have to handle it with them; unfortunately that is the way the postal service wants it done. If any item is not as described by my error, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs. All items are checked before they leave the premises.
