Emails requesting what date an item will ship are always welcomed with a smile & answered ASAP We happily ship to APO & FPO addresses, however shipping insurance is required Your order will be shipped to the address listed on the Paypal transaction. (We cannot ship to an alternative address.) Additional Information: Most items we sell are brand new, advertised in original manufacturer's packaging. Because of this - We CANNOT open individual packages to accommodate special requests prior to purchase. We cannot open a sealed package to take measurements, or take additional photos of the clothing. This policy is in place to protect the buyer who buys the item. It is unfair and unethical to sell an item as "New and unopened" - if an item has been opened. You can buy with confidence from us, knowing that when you buy a new item - it will in fact be new and in the original packaging. We do not open packages & we do not accept customer returns. We NEVER resell any items that were tried on or returned by customers previously. No Substitutions The item you purchase is the item that will be shipped to you. This may sound obvious, but we have had a dozen customers over the past couple months purchase an item but ask to have something different sent instead. Each listing is unique and corresponds to a specific item of a specific size & color. Each item we have for sale is listed on Ebay--and already committed for sale under that listing. We do not have spare overstock on hand with which to make substitutions. The item you purchase is the exact item that will be shipped to you. PAYMENT Paypal only please. New Ebay rules prohibit sellers from accepting non-electronic (paper/check/m.o.) payments. Payments are expected within 5 days of purchase. On DAY 7, an unpaid buyer's claim will be filed with Ebay--and the item will be relisted for sale. If something comes up, please contact us to see if we can work out a mutually agreeable solution. You may be surprised at how easily some problems can be solved. Good communication is always the key. INSURANCE Insurance is available at the bottom of every invoice for a small fee.
