The Disney Dreamers and Doers program was introduced in 1984 to recognize students who exemplified those Four C's in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. The positive reaction of educators, parents and students to this program encouraged Disney to extend the program beyond the immediate tri-county area to every county in Florida. Chosen by their superintendents, nearly 400 Dreamers and Doers each receive four tickets for admission to the Walt Disney World Resort theme park of their choice for one year, a Dreamers and Doers certificate, this special medallion, and the opportunity to visit any Disney theme park with family and friends after the ceremony concludes.
