Disney Hand-Painted Animation Cel Donald DuckWhen Disneyland opened in 1955 they sold animation cels in a section of Tomorrowland called The Art Corner. This cel of Donald Duck was purchased from The Art Corner in August 1956 . Donald is a blacksmith in this cel. It has been stored in it's cardboard protector for the last 51 years. It is completely original with the gold label on the back which states " THIS IS AN Original HANDPAINTED CELLULOID DRAWING ACTUALLY USED IN A Walt Disney PRODUCTION Released Exclusively by Disneyland ". The matte shows aging around the edges and has minor edge and corner wrinkling. T are ripples in the cell which I believe are normal . I could not identify the story for this cel of Donald, however I did locate three more cells from the same story on the internet, but alas, no identification. Please check the pictures for details of condition and the markings on this cel. Please check my other auctions and eBayStore as I will combine shipping when possible.
