Brand New in Box. Never Been Opened Box in great condition.
This is from the Disney Theme Park Monorail Collection. It may be retired.

It is a replica of the huge hat at MGM Studios

Animator`s desk.

Brand new, never been opened. The actual Mickey's Sorcerer's Hat model on the inside is brand new.

The box is in great condition. See the attached images. I have taken pictures of all angles.

Never been removed from the packaging.

It has been stored in our house in a dry, smoke free environment.

We bought this new never had the time to put it together.

It appears everything is in its original packaging. We have never opened or assembled this item.
