This is a Disney Mickey or Minnie Mouse dressed up as the Statue of Liberty watch. It's really hard to tell who it is but the eyelashes are long, so I'm thinking Minnie. I've owned it for many years and never wore it. I actually had bought it for a friend who collects Statue of Liberty items but never got around to giving it to her. It's just about mint but it will need a new battery. It even has the plastic on the back. About 1.25" across the face. Leather band and as you can see from the pictures, never been notched.
