For international only, please add $2.00 to the calculator total for the correct amount. Alaska, Hawaii, APO, VI, PR, etc... please email me for a USPS quote. All questions will receive a quick reply. I do not ship FedEx nor do I ship on other's shipping accounts. Sorry, no exceptions. I will ship USPS for International shipments but not for domestic unless the shipping calculator shows USPS options. Due to the recent rise in fraud, international buyers wanting surface shipping must PayPal is ok for all domestic and international air but not surface. PA buyers and pickups will pay 6% sales tax. Items going UPS will ship by the next business day . USPS post office shipments are made sporadically during the week. Insurance is always included in my UPS and DHL quotes as it is free under $100 and very inexpensive otherwise. Please request insurance for USPS packages if desired. I do my best to package things securely and can't be held responsible for packages damaged in transit. In the event an insured package is damaged in transit, please contact me to begin the claim process. International bids welcome - please email me for a quote if calculator doesn't work. I will accept payment via PayPal, Money Order, or Cashiers Check. Sorry - no personal checks. After the auction, I will send a PayPal invoice. Please make sure your address is complete (including apartment number if applicable) to avoid a UPS address correction fee. If you don't hear from me by the morning after the auction ends, your spam filter probably filtered my email. If you purchase multiple items from me, please do not pay the invoice until I have sent a revised PayPal invoice as the total will not be correct due to a bug that eBay/PayPal refuses to address. Local Item Pickup / Delivery: Items may be picked up in Washington PA about 25 miles South of Pittsburgh. A handling fee of $4.00 per item will apply on all pickups. I know many of you don't like this but it is necessary for me to be able to even offer pickup. Note that handling will only be charged on a maximum of 2 items each pickup. Please pick your item up within a reasonable amount of time. I don't have the room to store even small merchandise for very long. Delivery is available within 15 miles of Washington at a rate of $1.00 per mile traveled. The pickup handling would still apply. Returns: In the unlikely event of a domestic return, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges back to me. If the item can be repaired or replaced, I will pay to ship the unit back to the buyer. Otherwise the purchase price only will be reimbursed. Returns will be rare and must be pre-approved by Washington Auction. International sales are final - please understand this before bidding. T will be no returns on as-is merchandise. Communication: Please contact me within 3 days of the auction ending to let me know how and when payment will be made. I don't mind waiting for payment if you need some time but please CONTACT ME! I provide excellent communications to my buyers. You will be notified when I ship and will receive a tracking number if the item is shipped by UPS or by USPS if you paid via PayPal.
