If you need an item shipped express overnight or 2/3 day delivery, just email me and I will do it if I can. If I use fedex ground, I will send you a personal email with the tracking information and you can expect the item within 5 business days of payment. If your item is shipped using the post office, ebay will email you the tracking information. I will accept money orders, paypal and personal checks. Merchandise will not be shipped until check clears. I go to the bank only once a week. PLEASE NOTE: ALL buyers USING PAYPAL SHOULD BE SURE THAT THEIR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED. RETURNS Returns are accepted if I am notified immediately upon receipt of your item that t is a problem OR if prior communication regarding a concern has taken place. All items are insured through the shipper and if damage has occurred through the shipping process, I will replace the item if I can. If not, I will refund you (including your shipping) once the shipping company has reimbursed me. If I use the US postal service, I will have to send you the shipping receipt and you will have to handle it with them; unfortunately that is the way the postal service wants it done. If any item is not as described by my error, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.
