ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING! We are NOT responsible for damage during delivery. Once the merchandise leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for it or for the condition it arrives. We would be more than happy to assist in filing any claims that arrive from damaged goods. We typically use USPS, but will also use UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Please ask. We ALWAYS try to use the most economical courier that we can for the weight and distance and price and additional packing material that may be required for a particular item, especially the many large and heavy carrier balloon rate items that we sell. We do not have a commercial account with any of the carriers, we are hobbyists sharing our Disney joy with others. Unfortunatley, USPS shipping has jumped sky high and now charges for weight and distance and size of box. We do need to charge shipping, handling, packing materials, insurance, and delivery or signature confirmation. ALL items are insured and with delivery confirmation. As per Paypal, any item over $250 requires signature confirmation as well. We are in compliance with each courier, Ebay, and Paypal to protect BOTH you as the buyer and us as the seller, so fees in shipping are charged accordingly. The BUYER is responsible for submitting any damages to the courier and MUST process ANY or ALL claims. We the SELLER are responsible for shipping and providing all insurance, delivery confirmation, and signature confirmation receipts. We are providing the BEST service possible complying with the shipper, Ebay, and Paypal. OF COURSE, if we made an error within the auction listing itself, we will correct that at our expense. But you as the buyer need to contact us so that we can help! It is unfortunate that we found it necessary to add these disclaimers to our Ebay listings. Items are thoroughly inspected before they leave our hands. Again, once an item leaves our hands, we cannot be held accountable. In fact, after 7 years of Ebay sales with very few problems or issues, it just downright saddens us, but we encountered an unusually large amount unscrupulous buyers and con artists in 2006 for comfort. We lost a great deal of money and would rather NOT pass on any higher prices to our loyal and fun customers. Team Kcpuppygirl consists of three individuals selling almost exclusively Disney products. So even though the Ebay site is for Toledo, Ohio, do Not be surprised if the item arrives from Florida or Texas. We have suppliers everyw! We want your Ebay experience with us to be as fun and positive as possible within the parameters and restrictions placed upon us! If bidder/buyer cannot comply with these terms, he/she should NOT bid on our auctions. So enjoy the Ebay ride, WE LOVE DISNEY!!!!
