This is the coolest gift of any of the events!! At the end of September, 2004, Disneyland held it's Haunted Mansion Holiday Event, a special after-hours preview of the Haunted Mansion decked out by Jack Skelington of Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas. The event always has special activities and a gift which is given to all of the participants as they exit the park. In 2004, this was the gift!! It is a miniature chest of drawers, about 11 inches high by 4 inches wide. It is painted with Sally, Teddy and Zero on top, and tombstones on the sides. The handle for each drawer is a little Jack head. It has four little 'ball' feet, each painted with a Jack's head. But the best is yet to come!! Inside each drawer is a pin shaped like an ornament featuring a character from the movie--6 drawers and 6 pins. They include Jack, Sally, Zero, Mayor, Santa, and the guy with the ax in his head. On the back is painted "Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas, Haunted Mansion Holiday, September 30, 2004, Disneyland Resort." The entire thing was presented in a velvet draw-string bag. The only reason we are selling it is because EACH guest recieved one, and since I attended with my family, I have more than one. It is, of course, 'mint' in the bag.
