is the " Door of Mystery" boxed pin set. This limited-edition pin set of just 750 is one of the most unique pin sets I've ever seen. As the pictures show the cover of this wooden boxed pin set is created to look like the fron door of an office; in this case the Investigative Services of M. Mouse-Private Ear. Check out the frosted glass window in the door as well as gold-colored door knob. Wow! What detail! Open the dorr and you see "investigators" Mickey, Donald & Goofy investigating the premises; Donald with net has spotted a ghostly presence, while Mickey with magnifying glass hurries up the steps. Goofy still on the ground floor is holding a box in his arms that appears to have some eyes looking out from under the lid. From the hidden-detail, nice touch department: check out the small framed picture of Walt Disney himself on the back wall, to the right of Goofy. What a great, subtle touch! ;-) This piece designed by Disney artist Randy Noble measures 9" tall by almost 4" wide by 2" deep and was part of the Disneyana Convention at Epcot held in 2002. Mint condition in the original box w. the Certificate of Authenticity as well as the original box and packing material. These pictures are of the actual pin set being offered.
