This is a listing for a Disney Pixar Cars Toy made for Kellog's. It is called "Pen Racer." T is a car on top that comes out and rolls. It needs a battery. We can't tell if it works with out them. 1 hinge of the car compartment has a chip off it. It measures 6 3/4" long and 2 1/2" wide at widest point.
