[zipedit] ; DISNEY JEWELRY Mickey Mouse pierced earrings ITEM TYPE : pierced hoop earrings MATERIAL : a silver color metal Mickey Mouse sits in a gold color metal hoop on each earring. As the only mark I find is "Disney" I presume these are either plated versions of silver and gold, or the metal content was marked on the original card the earrings came on (I don't have the card) MAKER/MARKS : c. Disney is marked on each earring (behing the hook through which you secure the post) DIMENSIONS : approx 7/8"across CONDITION : excellent REMARKS : estate sale purchase, exact age/history unknown. Whimsical, yet subtle.....it will take a few minutes for someone to realize that those classy hoops have Mickey Mouse in them!!!! For the Mousketeer wannabe, the Mickey Mouse and Disney collector, the jewelry collector..etc.... I love the fact that these "face" each other, and are not merely the same earring done twice (indicates good design)! You securely packaged item will ship promptly. ****I do not polish jewelry, including silver jewelry, as many people prefer the patina intact.....Pieces are shipped to you in the same condition in which I purchased them...some have been polished by previous owners, some are very darkened with age and have never been polished....but I know you prefer to make the "to polish/or not to polish" decision
