'The "E" Ticket' Magazine Number 27 from Summer 1997 featuring Disneyland's "Autotopia", Disney Imagineer Bob Gurr, the "Dapper Dans", and a special look at all the original Disneyland Main Street Vehicles ! it is! One of the original issues of 'The "E" Ticket' magazine from the late 1990's....arguably one of the most popular magazines published documenting early Disney history and many of the people who made the Walt Disney Company so successful. This issue features the distinctive full color cover on high quality thick 'cover stock' paper. The articles include more than 50 color and black and white photos . Articles include: A feature article on Disneyland Imagineer Bob Gurr and the "Autotopia" attraction in Fantasyland, including facts and figures on the attraction, construction photos, and photos of the ride while in operation. A super aerial photograph of the Tomorrowland and Fantasyland Autotopia at Disneyland. A feature article on Original Disneyland Main Street ride vehicles. When the park first opened, t was truly a variey of interesting and historical vehicles seen on this legendary street each day. The article contains a whole host of great pictures! A super article featuring Disneyland's "Dapper Dans" with great photos. These gentlemen were a Disneyland original and they are still performing today. During their history, more than one hundred different individuals have been part of this singing quartet. A wonderful back cover photo of Walt Disney behind the wheel of the Carnation truck on Main Street complete with hat, talking to several of his younger fans. The magazine is in terrific shape. It has not been creased or soiled in any way. T are no marks or bent edges of any type.
