buySAFE Tinker Bell Tinker Bell is on the frame in three different poses. Approx. 8" x 10". Holds one 4" x 6" photo. Glass and Metal. Brand new in box, never opened or displayed. International items are shipped USPS Global International or USPS First Class International when possible. We always include insurance in our shipping charges. We include a packaging and handling charge in all shipping costs as well. We combine shipping whenever possible. All items to be combined on one invoice must be purchased within a 7 day period. Please wait for a combined invoice from us before using the Checkout feature or making payment as the shipping charges may be incorrect. The new USPS shipping regulations will make it more expensive to combine shipping for some items than it would cost to ship them seperately so we will combine shipments accordingly. Size limitations on International shipments will make it impossible to ship some larger items overseas. We ship 7 days after depositing domestic money orders and 10 days after depositing foreign money orders. We do not accept personal checks. Please not not ask us to break the law by marking any items as gifts on the customs forms. We will not do it. Customs fees are never included in our shipping and are always the Buyers responsibility. The Buyer must complete Checkout within 3 days of the auction ending. Payment is required within 7 days of the auction ending. In the case of combined items payment is due within 7 days of the end of the last auction to be combined. Our return policies have changed. The failure of the US Post Office to make good on insurance claims has forced us to get private insurance. The Buyer must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery if item is damaged. The Buyer may return any damaged item within 10 days of delivery for a replacement, or a store credit in the amount of the actual bid amount or Buy It Now price if the item is out of stock. Buyer is to pay for the return shipping, the seller will pay shipping for the replacement item. The item must be in its original packaging with all original materials, unless otherwise authorized by Justanexcuse. Our items are brand new unless stated otherwise. Many Disney items do not come in boxes. We ship in the original box whenever possible. All sales are final and merchandise is sold AS IS. Please ask any questions you may have before bidding. We do not accept returns unless the item is determined to be defective by us. Disney Snowglobes are prone to air bubbles during shipment so neither Just An excuse or Disney can guarantee them to be free of air bubbles upon delivery.
