I am selling my collectible Disney Limited Edition Items .........How about this for a Disney auction lot to bid on for the Disneyana fan?? Purchased at over $1,500, this auction lot is a Disney collectors dream. Can you believe this lot has over 110 pieces and every piece is Limited Edition . Due to the rarity and retired nature of each item, can you imagine what this lot is worth now or what it will be worth in a decade or two??? The items in this auction lot are itemized below: (The pictures shown above are the exact items except for the Limited Edition Pins. The pin trays shown above contain the limited edition pins for this lot with duplicates and open edition pins included which are not included in this lot. After I finished this listing I realized the bidder would probably like to see the actual 100 LE pins, which over 90 I purchased from Disneyland over a period of a decade and the rest from Walt Disney World, so I took and added pictures #4, #5, #6, #7 above which contain the actual 100 Limited Edition Pins, and every one of them has Limited Edition on the original packaging somewhere, usually on the bottom, and of course the number of pins made before ending the edition, on the back)
6 Disney Collector Plates - All limited edition, a 2001, 2005 (2), 2008 Holiday plates, 100 Mickeys LE collector plate, and one Disneyland collectible "Where the Magic Began" plate 1 - Unopened factory sealed box of limited Production of Upper Deck collectible Mickey Mouse and Disney filmography cards 1 - 50th Anniversary Shag Artist Deck of Disneyland Cards 1 - Disney Time Works Shag Art 50th Anniversary LE Wrist Watch 1 - LE Woven Throw Disneyland Resort Holiday Scene Blanket 2 - Disneyland LE Collectors Gold Medallion 1 - 11" x 14" Limited Edition 50th anniversary Disneyland Shag artist print of Tomorrowland 100 - Minimum of 100 different L imited Edition Disney Pins from the past decade (no duplicates and no open edition pins) All of the pins are on their original backing and in their store purchased condition. (I will throw in at least 5 additional limited edition pins to make sure if there are any duplicates that I missed, you will still get 100 or more different LE Disney pins!!) Please remember, there are no open edition pins in this lot. An open edition pin is one which can have production in the tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands, or more. Every pin in this lot has a limited production number (mostly 1000 to 2500), and then they make no more of them forever. Unlike an open edition pin which in the long term has very little value, these retired, limited edition (LE) pins are very valuable now and since they are rare they should be worth a mint later on down the road!!!) As a guess, the pins alone, not counting other LE items included, in this auction right now could have a book value well over double the price that I paid for them and I am sure there are a few sought after very rare ones included that are worth hundreds of dollars themselves!!
