Beautiful original artwork in a black wood frame behind plexiglass and sold by the now-defunct Disney Auctions. This one-of-a-kind item represents the design of the pin "Anyone For Tea?" designed by artist Richard Sznerch for the 2001 Official Disneyana Convention held in Anaheim, California. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the release of the film, the pin depicts Alice surrounded by The Cheshire Cat, The Caterpillar, The Queen of Hearts, The Mad Hatter, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, The Dormouse, The Walrus and The Carpenter, The Dodo, a Card Guard, and The White Rabbit. Dangling below the pin are three baby oysters. The artwork comes complete with an embossed Certificateof Authenticity from Disney Auctions. Size is approximately 9.25" wideby 11.25" high. Frame has bracket for hanging on the back. Included in this auction one of the limited edition pins that was made from this artwork. The pin is new on its original card stating the edition size was 2001. It is 1.75" by 1.75" plus the danglies, so it is rather large. It is rather valuable all by itself. This is a truly special lot and will never come around again. Both pin and artwork are in absolutely mint condition from a smoke-fee home. Help me clean my closets and please check out my other auctions for more Alice in Wonderland and Disney collectibles . Never a reserve. I am happy to combine multiple wins to save you shipping costs.
