This modern snowglobe creates a new realm of visual possibilities! Created by Jody Daily, this snowglobe displays what Walt Disney called a "Clock of the World". Its triangular base comes attached with a sphere that holds a "skyway bucket" spaceship inside. Another sphere is attached midway up the clock containing a small stream lined astrojet. The center of the clock is a crescent moon with a neutral expression with the other half being a side of a futuristic orange sun. Between this crescent moon and sun lies another sphere containing a satellite. A spacecraft wisps around the sun and moon flying high into the universe. The song played is "great big beautiful tomorrow", also known as the theme song for the carousel of progress. When the power switch is turned on, the corner of each base lights up in a yellow glow.When the mucic box is woundthe song "great big beautiful tomorrow" is played and the the lowest spaceship shaped like a saucer spins in its sphere. Approximately 15 ½ inches in height, 8 in width. All our items come from a smoke free, clean environment. This snowglobe is a limited edition of 1000. This item is new old stock never removed from the original Disney box.
