Only a very few signed prints left of this wonderful 8 ½âe x 11âe Disneyland Haunted Mansion print depicting the concept rendering of a Ghostly Trio by Xavier âeoeXâe Atencio. From this concept rendering, only the Organist survived for the Haunted Mansion attraction. This print has been signed by this Veteran Animator, WED Imagineer and Disney Legend, Xavier âeoeXâe Atencio during his special guest appearance at the Disneyana Fun Fairs, May 6, 2005 special event celebrating the kickoff of Disneylands 50th Anniversary. In 1965, at Waltâe(tm)s request, he moved to WED Enterprises. Walt asked him to write the dialogue and lyrics for the âeoePirates of the Caribbeanâe. His first song âeoeYo Ho a Pirates Life for Meâe is one of the most memorable and loved songs at Disneyland.Teaming up with musican director, Buddy Baker, his next song, âeoeGrim, Grinning Ghostsâe for the Haunted Mansion, had equal success. Xavier or X as his friends call him, began his career in 1938 as an inbetweener on Pinocchio and as an Assistant Animator on Fantasia. Later he became an Animator on short subjects including the academy award winning âeoeTOOT, WHISTLE, PLUNK and BOOMâe.
