"Pirates of the Caribbean Lyrics" signed print . This print was issued for a Disneyana collector show held in Anaheim, Calif., home to Disneyland. The print, measuring 11" X 11 1/2", depicts the concept art of Legendary Disney Animator Marc Davis and the Lyrics "Yo Ho a Pirates Life for Me" by Xavier Atencio. Atencio signed and inscribed the print "Yo Ho! X. Atencio" during a special guest appearance at the show. Xavier or X as his friends call him, began his career in 1938 as an inbetweener on Pinocchio and as an Assistant Animator on Fantasia. Later he became an Animator on short subjects including the academy award winning "TOOT, WHISTLE, PLUNK and BOOM ". In 1965, at Walt's request, he moved to WED Enterprises (Imagineering). Walt asked him to write the dialogue and lyrics for the "Pirates of the Caribbean ". His first song "Yo Ho a Pirates Life for Me" is one of the most memorable and loved songs at Disneyland .
