Hi. Welcome to my auction. 's what's up for bid today: Duluth Missabe and Iron Range Railway Company Proctor, Minnesota Ore Sorting Yards, Car Shops, Roundhouse and Diesel Shops Plan. This is an actual high quality blueprint type plan but in black & white. It is a very long black & white copy of the original blueprint. The original came from and was made by DMIR. It was hanging inside the diesel shops for years and years and was the actual plan that employees would see and could use to find their way around the yard. This Proctor Yard plan measures 11 inches high x 75 inches long, shows entire yard in tremendous detail from the old DM&N Duluth Missabe & Northern shops in downtown Proctor to and including the line split north of Proctor Yard at Adolph, MN. Dated Sept 1938 updated four times to include the modern diesel facilities. Shows every yard track, mains, scales, cars shops and buildings, roundhouse, diesel house and all tracks for diesels are cars, yard office, support structures, in scale. This is an official plan from Missabe Engineering services and is drawn to exacting scale and detail. Shipped ROLLED and UNfolded in one long continuous plan highly suitable for mounting or framing and hanging on a wall. This item is in PERFECT like new condition withOUT flaws of any kind.
