Another great model from the Danbury Mint that overflows with accurately scaled details. Hood opens to show a space occupied solely by the gi-normous 426 Hemi in the proper orange color and fully plumbed and wired (even a coolant overflow tube). The dog-leg hinges are modeled to look like the spring-loaded ones on the actual car. Interior features an instrument panel and fascia in three dimensions, and a properly scaled steering wheel. This one's a 4-speed with the dog-leg shifter. Headlights have covers (eye-lids ?) that fold down. The photo above may show the lights uncovered, but the model will be delivered with the covers in the down position. The light yellow paint has no chips or scratches, and the black R/T strip on the tail has no marks and is intact. Marque and model badges and decals, including "turn indicators" (?) in the hood recesses, are all intact. The antenna retracts and will be delivered in the down position to avoid damage. No missing or broken parts or pieces. "Glass", rubber and bright work are all in excellent condition. Sorry, no original box, packing, or accompanying literature are available.
