Old Dog Tray. 1867 PRINTED BY KELLOGG & BULKELEY Lithography; printer's ink and watercolorAPPRX SIZE; 10"X14"NICE CONDITION WITH SOME YELLOWING DUE TO AGE AND SMALL MARGIN BORDER TEARS. VERY GOOD COLOR, LIGHT STAINING ON UPPER LEFT CORNER. PLEASE VIEW PHOTO FOR CONDITION IN TOTAL.The Connecticut Historical Society has the same print in their collections Description: A girl and a dog pose in the interior of a house. The girl wears a striped dress with eyelet trim on the collar and cuffs, a broad-brimmed hat trimmed with flowers, leaves, and ribbons, and a pearl necklace. She holds a pair of eyeglasses in front of the eyes of a large long-haired, long-eared dog, possibly a poodle. Printed drapery is in the right background. The elaborate gilt frame of a picture or mirror is in the left background.
