Partly built Kensington dolls house with instructions requires finishing.Outside paint work needs touching up.Front of house is not fixed but shown for effect.Internal requires finishing & then decorating as shown in the pictures.All the bits & pieces are present to complete the house.Comes with the furniture shown & selection of wall/floor paper.We bought two houses one for each daughter but after finishing the first one wedo not have the time to complete this one.Must sell as we need the room.The tables are not included.Collection only from Market Harborough due to size.
