Lovely 1/12 scale dolls house by the Dolls House Emporium - bought several years ago but unplayed with and as new except for 2 walls (visible in the photo), with no patterned paper on (smooth mdf ready to decorate) Also NO STAIRS - these can be bought easily from dolls house suppliers, although I preferred to put a sheet of card on that floor to give more floor area for furniture. Drawers underneath the house not included. Roof folds right back, flat to the back of the house roof. magnetic closure on house front. walls were pre-decorated with slightly glossy paper, which will peel off easily if you want to change the decor. House measures approx. 25 and a half inches (65cm) wide, 26 inches (66cm) high, 14 and a quarter inches (36cm) deep plus doorstep and lintel. Rooms are approx 8 inches (20cm) high.
