This listing is for "The Retreat" from the dolls house emporium. This is a lovely property and i was going to turn it into a beach cafe/souvenier shop. Please note this is how i purchased it and it does need some TLC. There is slight damage to the doors as you can see in the second picture but i think this is easily repairable by covering with card and repainting, also in the third picture you will see that the steps leading up to the front have one side missing. There was also damage to the railings which i have re purchased new from direct from dolls house emporium. I decided against purchasing the steps as was going to leave it flat rather than have it raised. Also the front platform needs reattaching i removed this to enable me to take off the broken railings. You can see the new sets of railings purchsed in picture 1. The inside hasnt been touched and is ready for decorating. The stairs however have been painted white but the landing still unpainted. I am also selling all the beach items that i have purchased or made in seperate listings.THIS IS COLLECTION ONLY as far too heavy to send and even by courier would cost way too much i think as it has been assembled.PLEASE read more
