This is a much loved dolls house that was the first house that started me off on a lifetime of collecting them, doing up and kitting out dolls houses! It was purchased from a post office in Chesterish way, about 10 yrs ago. It has been finished on the outside with Bri-wax over emulsion which gives it an oldy worldy feel, and I feel is softer, more subtle and unique this way. The style is Tudor, it still has some of the glass intact in the frames which dates it to 50s ish. I have emulsioned the inside as I do with my own houses, but I have the paper to finish the rooms if you wish to do this to your own style . It has steps, doors and all the furniture, comes included with the house. This is an excellent starter house, or for your own collection. Heavy and sturdy and ready for a new destination.
