I must sell as I am moving into a new house shortly and orders from the wife to sell. Here is a brand new Impact Nitro Funny Car / Top Fuel Helmet painted to resemble Don The Snake Prudhomme's 70's funny car helmets. . Nomex sock inside, mouth respirator inside. Helmet is fullly plumbed for the mandatory air bottle. Input shaft is on back of the helmet. The paint job was done by one of the best drag racing painters in the business today. He has painted numerous funny cars and professional race cars. ( I will tell you who it is if asked when it is sold) It is gorgeous. Never worn in competition. As I am a huge Snake fan, I kind of just had to have it in my collection with my other race helmets, wallys, etc. The cost of the paint job and buying the helmet new is more than what I am selling it for. My loss is your gain. Heavy duty helmet bag included. . Pay Pal only for payment. $15 dollar shipping fee. Will ship in the U.S. Only Just a side note, the last time Prudhomme raced in Englishtown a few years back, I took the helmet to the track hoping for him to see it. I walked to the pits, gave it to Donnie Bender who took it into the trailer to show Prudhomme. About 10 minutes later, he came out and said anytime you want to sell this, let me know. What an honor. Don Prudhomme is being honored at the 2011 Winternationals this year. Take the helmet and have him sign it. You will definitly get looks wearing this in your race car!! Or keep it for your collection as I did.
