You are looking at a vintage, book, The Dore' Bible Gallery, Illustrated by Gustave Dore'. Containing one hundred superb illustrations, and a page of explanatory letter-press facing each. W. B. Conkey Company, printers and binders, Chicago. 1894 ?. Book is in good condition. First page has been taped in and there is some writing on the inside of the front cover. Brown leather/cloth hard cover has some ware, and book name on the cover is hard to see. Yellowing of pages. Page edges are gold leaf. The five last pages have corner folds. Pages are all in tacked,and the illustrations are in excipient condition.Top of the back cover , at the top, has pulled loose from the spline. No desk jacket.The book is 11 1/2" X 9" X 3/4" thick. I combine orders to save on shipping. Thank you for looking.
