This is an original World War Two Douglas A-26B B-26B Invader Main Fuel Gauge Instrument. The gauge is in great condition with no chips or cracks. The gauge reads L and R tank 0-300 gallons. The Douglas A-26 Invader is a very famous bomber that started service in WW 2. It was flown during the Korean War and the Vietnam War. It was later sold surplus and converted to a fire bomber role which it did very well. Today t are still a few A-26 Invaders still flying. You can see this aircraft in the Fire bomber movie "Always".
