DoUwant the most Expen$ive Austro Hungarian Necklace well ... Check this out 52 Rubies 47 Baroque Pearls signed Antique I give my 100% guaranteed money back if not satisfied for any reason whatsoever. So check out all my auctions. The best is yet to come! So keep me bookmarked! I will be listing nice exceptionally rare jewelry for Mother's Day. Thanks and have fun. Description First of all, I am honored to present such an incredibly outstanding antiquity, that has never been shown on eBay. All of the Austro-Hungarian pieces that I have dealt with have always been hallmarked on this distinct raised claw clasp (with regard to necklaces or bracelets), for the simple reason their country required these hallmarks just like England with silver / gold pieces. The backs of any Austro Hungarian piece are extremely intricately designed to accentuate the front. Meaning raised motifs, in some occasions more decorative than the front. In most cases they used precious to semi-precious stones in a silver gilt setting. The real Austro Hungarian pieces are usually very crude in design due to the fact that they used bezel / collet settings with rough-cut cabochon stones, which were all hand set, using very crude tools, that is why most pieces are compared to the renaissance era. When you examine any real piece of Austro Hungarian jewelry you will see that it is truly amazingly a spectacular piece of art. I have been saving this necklace to put on eBay for a very special occasion. I believe Mother's Day will suit it properly. This is a true antique, dating back to 1867 - 1918. What an exquisite Victorian necklace and pendant. This gorgeous piece is adorned with 52 rubies and 47 baroque pearls, all rough-cut cabochons using bezel settings with European silver gilt hand hammered/made mounts. This masterpiece brings you back to the Renaissance days. Its simplicity is so exquisite, yet so elegant and sexy. This gorgeous necklace has been handmade by a jeweler whose initials are "NA". Please check out how intricate the back has been designed, this jeweler did not miss a detail when this was made. It is very unusual that these pieces are marked by a jeweler, however this piece is. Not only is it hallmarked on the clasp with the Austro-Hungarian touch marks and the jewelers' mark, it is also marked on the pendant, making this a very special piece. My reserve is up t, because the hallmarks and jeweler marks are present, along with the higher end gemstones and quality of Austro-Hungarian pieces. I look for top quality pieces to appease my higher-end clients on eBay. Looking at its face value, its an exquisite Victorian antique with 52 rubies and 47 baroque pearls all original to the piece, should you want to replace this today, how could you even imagine or even attempt to replace these original stones, first of all it would be extremely difficult and if you were to succeed it would cost you a small fortune. Ladies this necklace measures 17 inches long and the pendant is 1inch in diameter and weighs 34 grams. Trust me, I guarantee that this necklace will turn heads and make you feel absolutely gorgeous and sensuous. So good luck and happy hunting! I offer 100% customer satisfaction.
