THE DOVES The Lord Is My Shepherd CLOVER rare funk HEAR The Doves - The Lord Is My Shepherd - Clover Original Nigerian Press condition (jacket/vinyl): VG- / VG- Jacket is worn and has tape on the bottom seam; vinyl has a lot of scuffs and a few marks but plays well, one of the nicer copies I've seen. Probably the best and rarest Doves LP, very good and featuring the killer afrobeat funk track "Give Peace To The People" (2nd clip) Listen to a soundclip : Soundclip 1 Soundclip 2 Soundclip 3 Soundclip 4 Soundclip 5 All items on this auction have been played through to ensure quality. Please ask any questions before bidding. An African record graded VG will not be destroyed; that is the average grade I assign to most African records that have some visible wear but that are still very enjoyable. Bid with confidence. Grading as follows: NM (Near Mint): Record has been opened, and probably played, but is in impeccable condition. I do not use "mint". EX (Excellent): Has signs of use or storage, but still considered top collection quality. Jackets may display some very light wear; vinyl may have a few light sleeve marks only visible in the highest light. Sound will full and clear, with little if any noise (NOTE, some records are just pressed poorly). VG+ (Very Good Plus): Still a great copy but has a bit more wear. Vinyl may have some light scuffs or scratches, but nothing deep. Jacket may have some ringwear or seamwear. Sound should be great, with minimal if any noise. VG (Very Good): A great play copy but clearly used. Vinyl will display many hairline scuffs or scratches, but will play with a tolerable amount of noise. Jacket may have splits and wear but will not be falling apart. VG- (Very Good Minus): A used or worn copy, that has not been taken good care of. Vinyl will have many scuffs or scratches, but play through enjoyably despite audible background noise. Covers will have tears, splits, writing, or other issues. Fair, Poor: A very rough copy. Will play through without skipping unless otherwise noted, although records of this grade are sold as-is. We accept Paypal and all major Credit Cards. Payment must be made within 7 days or the item may be offered to the next highest bidder and a dispute may be opened. Insurance is optional on domestic orders, please ask for rates. Registration and/or insurance may be required on large international orders. We stand behind our product 100% and will refund the cost of the item if it is defective. However, uninsured and untracked items are the buyer's responsibility once they leave these hands. Insurance and tracking services are available upon request.
