I know, I know.....the next holiday happens to be Halloween, and it looks like I'm celebrating Easter with this listing, but these darling patchwork eggs will NOT be around next spring, so you need to bid on them NOW! I do a lot of quilting with vintage fabrics - both authentic and reproductions - so I have lots of small scraps of fabric that I just can't stand to throw away. These eggs are a great way that I put those scraps to good use. This listing is for one dozen (12) patchwork eggs. The fabrics used in these eggs are tea-dyed authentic vintage cotton, feedsacks and 1930s reproduction prints. They have such an old look! like they have been pulled out of an old Easter basket that was found in Grandma's attic. Each egg is made of eight different prints - every color and print you can imagine. Greens, pinks, blues, yellows, lavenders, reds....and the prints range from plaids, stripes, checks, tiny floral prints and adorable juvenile novelty prints. One features Little Bo Beep and her sheep....one pink print shows a bunny scattered over the fabric. They are all just too cute! Check out the photos - in the last photo you will see the fabric eggs in comparison to a real egg. Each fabric egg is approx. 3.5" long. Made completely of 100% cotton and stuffed with cotton batting, they come to you from a smoke free home. I have been sewing and quilting for over 30 years, so these are well made - my feedback speaks for itself. NOTE: yellow bowl that the eggs are photographed in is NOT included in this listing! CHECK OUT MY OTHER LISTINGS, AND BOOKMARK ME AS ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE SELLERS! ATTENTION ALL BIDDERS - PLEASE READ! Recently I have had to add a notice to all of my auctions, and it is this: if you DO NOT live in the United States, please do not bid! I will not ship outside of the US, and this also includes Canada - not trying to be mean, I've just choose not to deal with the international shipping process. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions you may have, thanks for looking, and good luck!
