Bench - Approximately 65 inches long, 38 1/2 inches high and 31 inches wide.

Attachment for leg exercises.

Seat can be raised or lower on one end for a slanted bench.

The plastic covers on some weights are coming off, does not affect using weights.

The total weight of the set is approximately 125 pounds.

The item can be picked up near Duluth, MN. If shipped buyer pays all shipping and handling fees and any insurance.

Buyer Option: a 6 foot bar can be included with the set if the buyer wants to pay the actual COD shipping charges for the bar as it would have to be shipped separately and the shipping cost for the bar alone is about $10.00. Otherwise the shipping costs for the whole set in a 6 foot box is very costly.
