You are bidding on a Diversified Products PMR Stepper Model No. 31-2005. PMR stands for Programmable Magnetic Resistance. This is a very sturdy, reliable machine, the magnetic resistance provides smooth stepping without sudden stops. Just turn it on, select 1 of 6 different workout types, select a level, and you're off! Very simple to operate.
Optionally set a goal by time or calories. Heart rate monitor may be clipped to your ear.
Read-out reports: - Time - Steps/minute - Total steps - Calories
The unit is in perfect working order. It has always been used indoors on carpeting, we original owners. Aren't using it anymore so we're selling it.
Two cosmetic notes: 1. Foam cushion on left handrail is splitting and should be either taped on, removed, or replaced. 2. The left side of the case has a crack, looks like someone kicked it.
