We received a pile of mementos, coins, buttons and other stuff. Not 100% sure why some of this was saved. And some of the stuff we can recognize. Some of the stuff like the 250 th anniversary of Frederick MD coin is clearly recognizable, but is also worth less that what the postage, eBay and Paypal fees would be, at least we think it is, so that’s not going up for auction right now. Maybe we’ll wait a few decades for the next big anniversary to put it up for auction, and maybe it will be worth the costs. But right now, we have an interesting item. It could be a coin, a token, a memento, a lucky piece or a souvenir. If you are a golfer, you could use it as a ball marker, whatever it was! On one side it's got a dragon. . I think chinese letters were used all over Asia, and dragons lived every where, so maybe this isn't Chinese.. It is about the size of a US Silver dollar. It measures a hair larger than 1 - 1/2 inch in diameter. Check the scans to see if you would like to bid on this item. Our scaner sometimes produces yellow timges.
