This is the last Drake Hotel key that I have. This is a great old key with fob from the Drake Hotel in Chicago. The Drake family came Originally from England and their family crest , which appears throughout the hotel, goes back many centuries. On their coat of arms, which displays a winged Dragon and battle-ax, is the Latin phrase AQUILA NON CAPIT MUSAS ("AN EAGLE DOES NOT CATCH FLIES"). The Drake, a member of the Hilton International chain, is considered by many to be Chicago's most prestigious hotel. On the fob it has the family crest and Latin phrase. The hotel name is not on the key or fob. The back of the fob has " DROP IN ANY MAIL BOX RETURN POSTAGE GUARANTEED P.O. BOX 1633 CHICAGO 90, ILLINOIS". The key has the # 625. The key is also marked "MADE IN USA RUSSWIN". We attempt to describe all of our items accurately as we can including photos. I did not clean the key or fob.
