This is a unique lamp. It is hand painted and handcrafted by Schiercholtz, a famous Dresden porcelain manufacturer. This piece has an outstanding glaze and stunning colors, with meticulously detailed flowers on the base and shade. T are four children on the base dancing around the tree. The shade is reticulated with three-dimensional flowers on the outside and four Lithophane pictures around the shade. This piece is in good condition. The shade measures approximately 3 ½" deep and with an 11" diameter. The base has a diameter of 7" and the entire piece about 20 ½" tall. The children on the base are approximately 6" tall and have lifelike features (two girls and two boys). This piece is of great value and is perfect for the porcelain collector or someone looking for a truly unusual piece.
