Dual 1219 Professional Automatic Turntable Condition: For Parts or Repair This Auction is for the Dual 1219 Professional Automatic Turntable, One Owner, the Turntable has an unknown Cartridge mounted, the Turntable also comes with the Original Dual Dust Cover, the Original Dual Single and Multiple-Play Spindles, the Original Dual 45 Adaptor, the Original Dual Overhang Adjustment Gauge, a spare Dual Cartridge Holder, the Original Cone and Spring-Clip for securing platter to chassis, the Original Dual Stroboscope Disc, and the very rare Original Dual 1219 Owner’s Manual, the Dual 1219 Professional Automatic Turntable is physically in good condition, very clean, the Stroboscope Disc has a couple of holes in it, the Dust Cover looks to have no crack but quite a few light scratches and the Owner had glued a piece of plastic inside, the operating functions of the Dual 1219 Turntable are very sluggish, with a little fiddling, and wiggling the Record Speed Selector a few times, I was able to play a record and the sound is good, the Original Owner stated that he bought the Turntable in 1972 and that makes the Turntable 39 years old, my Tech told me the Dual 1219 looks to be intact but will need a complete lubrication and adjustments, to function well, I do not have the expertise to do the lubrication and adjustments, the Dual 1219 Turntable read more
