ANTIQUE DUNCAN PHYFE SOFA
VERY GOOD CONDITION This is a sofa that I inherited from my husband's aunt. It dates back to the 1930's. No apparent wear, stains, or tears in the upholstery, except for one very small defect on right fabric seat cushion. The fabric is a striped cotton velveteen. T is beautiful carving on the wood frame and feet. The sofa has never been up for sale before. I am downsizing my home and must part with a number of antiques. The sofa has been in a smoke free, pet free environment. As can be expected with a piece of furniture this old, t are some minor scuffs and scratches on the wood. It measures 82 inches long, 32 inches wide, and 33 inches high. Current Fair Market Value is $900. THIS ITEM IS FOR PICKUP ONLY. NO RESERVE!
