This is a awesome Duncan Phyfe/Federal Style Mahogany Extending Dining Room Table, dating to the mid-1900's. When fully extended the table measures: 85"wide x 40" deep x 31"High. Without the leaf the table measures: 64"wide x 40"deep. The top surface of the table has lovely mahogany graining and the edges are crossbanded and inlaid with real brass. This sturdy table is supported by 2 carved columns, each column has 3 flared brass inlaid legs fitted with brass claw feet and castors. A gorgeous table with lovely graining and inlays, also it is in great shape showing only light wear, (The white spots on some of the pictures is camera glare, they are not on the table), a magnificent, unique and functional table!
