Offered is a Dura-Craft Miniature Mansions "Heritage" Dollhouse Kit (model # HR 560), new in the open box. I'm near certain that nothing is missing. The box says it weighs 19 pounds but really, it weighs 20 lbs.... so I can't see how anything could be missing. I can see the window material (still packed from the factory) as well as the instructions - absolutely looks like someone opened the box, looked inside and then put it aside for good. It needs to be rescued by someone who will actually build it. 27"H x 29"W x 20"D Features include: *Realistic Brickwork *Double-Hung Swinging Windows *Gutters and Downspout *12 Working Windows (two bay) and Door *Balcony *Seven Rooms and one Stairway *Tongue and Groove Pine Clapboard siding *Molded Pine Cornerposts and Trim *Split Redwood Shakes *Hardwood Floor *No Rough Wall Edges or Tabs *Simple illustrated instructions It's getting a little more difficult to find these in this condition, and this one is certainly priced to sell quickly.
