is a beautiful sterling silver ladle by Durgin in the CHRYSANTHEMUM pattern. It is 5.5 inches long and has a great deep gold washed bowl. Crisp pattern details. Probably a CREAM LADLE or maybe GRAVY LADLE. T is a "C" (or "G"?) monogram on the front. Marked with the Durgin "D" STERLING 925/1000 PATENT and stamped by the retailer HARRIS & SHAFER. Very good estate condition. No dings, dents or deep scratches. Gold wash is bright and even. USPS First Class with delivery confirmation in a well padded envelope is $2.50. USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation in a sturdy box is $4.60. Either way, insurance is optional at an additional $3.00.
