In very good condition, Light wear to the cover with corner curl bottom right as shown and slight bottom left,staples are starting to show some small amounts of rust and clean inside.From the Dutch Tolkien society . This is o ne of a number of Calendars and printed matter relating to J R R Tolkien acquired at auction recently.The origin having a very close association to the All en & U nwin book publishers. One of the calendars the 1985 has Rayner Unwin on the front ,Ra yner U nwin was the chairman of the publishing firm Allen and Unwin who published Tolkien 's works,it is said that it was because of him the books were published,when he was 10 he read a copy of the Hobbit and it was his praise that swung his father to publish the work .
